Our aim is to provide you with the tools you need in order to run your operation in a successful, efficient and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for the management of the service, the running of required imports, reconciliations, creating campaigns and all other day to day aspects. We like to think that using the systems is mainly intuitive and self-explanatory and can be picked up very quickly by anyone with basic pc skills, but if required we can provide a half day introductory training session which will take you through all the basics.
Behind the scenes we will be providing full system, software and hardware support. Systems are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year and you can access from wherever you have an internet connection.
Backups are taken at least three times every day and stored offsite. All servers have full resilience and are covered by a comprehensive contingency arrangement.
We will work with you to get the services up and running, to customise and tailor to your exact requirements, after that we will be just a phone call or email away whenever you have a query or need advice.
