£10 a month could fund a 20-minute call to our 24-hour advice line, answered day or night by an expert nurse, providing invaluable support to our community when it is needed the most.
£15 a month could fund an hour of care by a skilled and experienced Hospice at Home carer, enabling a patient to stay in a familiar setting at the end of their life.
£20 a month could fund an hour of care delivered by one of our compassionate bereavement support workers, offering a safe space for patients and their families.
could fund 3.5 hours of care during the day of a compassionate, skilled and experienced Hospice at Home Carer, enabling a patient to stay at home at the end of their life this Christmas.
could fund 2 hours of care for a patient on our Inpatient Unit this winter, including nursing care, medic care, and physio support.
could fund our full Family Support Service for an hour - giving a gift of bereavement support, counselling, art therapists, social work and psychological and spiritual support to countless patients and families this holiday season.
